Youth is hard. The harshness and intensity of the job front comes before the freshness and romance of a 20-year-old.
The world recommends starting a business instead of breaking through the narrow door to employment. If you have an idea, you can succeed. As of January-October 2015, 77,581 start-ups, of which 4,103 start-ups are under the age of 30.

Compared to the same period last year, it increased by 28.9 percent. Considering that the growth rate of start-ups among those in their 30s and 60s is about 7.3-19.9%, the increase is up to four times. A total of 3,359 new companies have been created in Incheon. It is up 8.6 percent year-on-year.

However, there are more cases of failure than success after a start-up. According to a survey of 1,379 single-person creative companies by the Korea Small and Medium Business Administration (2014), profitability weakened (43.4%) was the highest, followed by sluggish sales (32.6%) and sluggish economy (14.3%).

Start-ups are not a refuge. It's a hard and long challenge. You have to make something out of nothing, and you have value that you cannot gain if you do not trust yourself. I cheer for the courage to take steps toward hope without shrinking in an unstable future. The opportunity is there.
