4STEC (CEO Seungwon Lee) is going to develop and service 'SMART IoT v1.0' which is a middleware of IoT (Internet of Things).
This product used integrated RFID (Wireless Recognition Electronic Tag) middleware technology developed by 4STEC. It collects barcode, RFID, smart sensor products, and smart device data, analyzes and processes data, and delivers it to the main system (ERP, MES, SCM, WMS, and RMS). It supports a variety of server models, Unix, Oracle, and Windows.
It can also be managed centrally in an infrastructure environment where heterogeneous systems are distributed using smart IOT. It is useful for analyzing and preventing causes of system failures, and is used as a monitoring system and system integration solution for operating fault tolerant systems 24 hours a day. It is going to add and delete monitoring items by applying integrated screen platform.
Smart IOT is composed of various products. △Unified map configuration management △Performance and fault monitoring △Event integrated management △Setting and notification △Performance and fault cause analysis and inquiry △System management (SW distribution, remote execution, DB backup and recovery) △RFID tag, sensor data virtualization, etc.
The product can be used in various fields. Standard records management, environmental monitoring system, asset and material management, smart logistics and smart factory, and access (absenteeism and tardiness) management system. Other functions include server management products and network monitoring solutions. It automatically generates reports with database (DB) analysis processing technology.
Its goal this year is to achieve 5 billion won in sales by targeting overseas markets. It is going to expand RFID linkage business of existing standard record management system. It is going to enter foreign markets such as establishing an overseas relief goods management system and developing PAD for delivery underwater. Analysis of target market status in 2016 and 2017 has been completed for China, and it will establish a cooperative system related to smart factory for local companies in Southeast Asian markets.
The company will focus its capabilities on plants and marine unexplored fields such as establishing logistics management system through smart forklift management system and developing PAD for underwater communication. "We will expand existing standard record management system, DB construction project, access control system, RFID and IoT equipment development project, and expand new business through 4STEC technology," said Seungwon Lee, CEO of 4STEC.
