Seungwon Lee, CEO of 4STEC, who worked for L&I Soft, an Incheon-based IT company, started the business after receiving a technology transfer from his previous job after the company he worked for went into court management and decided to close the business.
4STEC has developed an Internet of Things (IoT)-based smart forklift management system and pioneered the field of smart factory logistics efficiency.
In addition, it provides a system that manages records, storage media, and goods of public institutions or companies using an electronic task (RFID).
"In my first year of start-up, I think I just did it by myself," CEO Lee said. "It was not until I entered my third year that I was mentored and looked back."
"I am very lucky to meet Lee Jung-ha, a mentor at the Incheon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation," he said.
Lee still talks with Lee on the phone frequently and even talks about small things.
In the process of constantly exchanging questions, we were able to set the direction of the business.
Based on mentoring, 4STEC is set to enter the global market.
