4STEC (CEO Seungwon Lee, www.4stec.com) participated in the 2016 China Hi-Tech Fair, which will be held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center from November 16th (Wed.) to 21st (Monday) and introduced IoT-based RFID midware 'Smart RFID v1.0' and 'Smart'.
Smart RFID v1.0 introduced by China's Hi-Tech Fair is an integrated type of RFID middleware and RFID mobile middleware that standardizes RFID tag information and delivers it to applications.
It can be customized as necessary and provides efficient services to users.
Smart IoT v1.0 is a converged IoT middleware that can control and monitor IoT-based hardware (RFID, BLE, Beacon, and various sensing) equipment.
Through converged IoT SW, it optimizes IoT service when using various sensing equipment (barcode, RFID, NFC, BLE, beacon, GPS, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, motion sensor, wearable equipment, and smart device).
"We are preparing overseas subsidiaries to explore the U.S. market based on these advantages," said Kim Jin-soo, head of 4STEC. "We are manufactured in an international standardized state and can be used anywhere and cost 10 times less than Oracle, a world-class RFID company."
Meanwhile, the 2016 China High Tech Fair is Asia's largest industrial fair and recently presents innovative technologies such as big data, new materials, Internet of Things, and smart devices. About 3,700 companies and 580,000 visitors from around the world participate in the B2B professional fair, which serves as a bridgehead to connect China to the global market.
In the exhibition hall, Incheon Economic and Industrial Information Technopark set up a joint view with the NIPA and six companies participated with support, while 43 promising companies from 10 regions, including Incheon and Gwangju, participated. Participating companies in Korea include Gwangju Smart Content Developer's Cooperative Association, Ssangyong Software Co., Ltd., Robotron, Neo-pop, 4STEC, VM Korea, Mini Robot, S.S.G., and Smart City Grid.
