GSMA (Global System for Mobile Communications Association) held the World Congress Shanghai Asia (MWCS) from June 28th to 30 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At the exhibition, 2,000 companies from 105 countries participated and about 70,000 buyers visited and held successfully.
Key technologies include AI, IOT, mobile devices, wearable, i-accessories, apps, fintech, big data, cloud computing, IT Convergence, hybrid beacon, mobile printer, color cover glass for scratch panel, optical transmission solution, omnidri unit, wireless receiver, electromagnetic wave-blocking cell phone case, battery innovation circuit, and battery innovation.
The event will be held in conferences, exhibitions, and 4YFN at the same time, and large telecommunication companies such as China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom, as well as handset manufacturers such as Huawei and ZTE, NTT DOCOMO in Japan, and KT in Korea participated. In addition, a number of national halls have been established, including Korea, Israel, and Canada.
In Korea, KOTRA Shanghai Trade Center and KICTA (Korea Information and Communication Technology Industry Association) set up 5 Korean Pavilion to support Korea's exports of ICT companies, 25 companies participate. Major participating companies include Neowine, Design, Decafec, Biconix, Sehwa PNC, Irisis, SPES, AirBroad, Azero Paper, H-City, Wow S&F, Wearable Healthcare, KGP Tech, Contella, Comphia, Tillon, Power Republic, Poestech and Phil IT.
"In the era of changing industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence (AI), Korea must participate in 'Shanghai MWC', which is Asia's largest ICT exhibition, to invest, develop, secure markets and jointly develop overseas technologies."
